And this perfect blend of passion & profession is the genesis of his Charisma. With the legacy of 37 years of versatile experience of Power Plant O&M, Training, Engineering, Business Excellence and Energy Management in Tata Power, Adani Power, BSI (British Standard Institutions) and Essar Power, he is now involved in Technical, Managerial and Behavioural training. Indranil Ghosh, a Fellow of Institution of Engineers (FIE), is a certified Business Excellence Assessor and Lead Auditor of ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), ISO 45001 (OHSMS) and ISO 50001 (EnMS).
Mrs. Gouri Ghosh is a motivated science graduate, who has realised the necessity of developing logical and analytical skills for growth and development of young minds and a successful advancement in their lives. She started her career way back in the year 2003 as a Mathematics Teacher and have paced up with varied challenges to be a Director of a company.
Mr. Indibar Ghosh is an enthusiastic, energetic and a double post-graduate Learning & Development and Management System professional, who has diverse experience in instructional design, organizing corporate & executive development training programs and rendering consultancy services across India. He is involved in the implementation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and FSSC 22000). He is also a budding Safety Professional and is involved in assessing sites on Electrical, Fire & Life Safety aspects as well as preparing the Disaster Management Plan for corporate houses. He believes in systemic and quality training delivery will help in overall employee and organisational growth and development.
Mr. Vishvanathan has more than 35 years of experience in various Industries and the Government of which more than 26 years as an Occupational Safety and Health Expert in the Manufacturing and Port Sectors. He retired as Deputy Director General in DGFASLI, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. He has been actively involved the administration of the Factories Act, 1948, in the processing of the proposal on the comprehensive amendments to the Factories Act, 1948 tabled in the Lok Sabha in August 2014 and the revision of the Model Factories Rules prepared by DGFASLI for adoption by the State Governments. He has also been involved in the preparing information for replies to Parliament and the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Labour in connection with the Amendment to the Factories Act, 1948 and other OSH Legislations and Safety and Health issues in Factories and Ports. He has enforced the Dock Workers (Safety, Health & Welfare) Act, 1986 and Regulations framed thereunder, and the Manufacture Storage and Import of Hazardous Chemicals Rules, 1989 frame under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, as an Inspector under the Act.
Educated in the University of Sheffield, U.K, Mr. Mainak Mukherjee is an Internationally Renowned Metallurgist. After about 40 years of diversified experience in India and abroad with metallurgical giants like Guest Keen Williams, Bharat Forge and Lloyd’s Register Asia, he is now a freelance Consultant (Metallurgical and Welding Specialist) for Lloyd’s Register Asia and many other consulting firm. His knowledge and wide experiences on Materials, Welding and Fabrication of Steel Structures and Pressure Vessels are being shared in premium institutions like FIM London; IIM India; IIT Bombay, IIW India and many other management & engineering institutes and universities.
Mr. Syamsundar Bandyopadhyay has more than 35 years progressively more responsible experience in application of Steel, RCC and Precast Concrete Structures with Front End Engineering Design (FEED) for both EPC and EPCM Contracts. He possesses skills in design, detailing, department management, and deliverable control in the sectors like Ports and Marines; Transportation; Bridges and Grade Separators; Industrial; Mining and Metals; Manufacturing; Materials Handling; Infrastructure; Residential; Commercial; High-Rise; Health; Hospitality; and, Research & Development. His expertise also includes making value addition of structural engineering applications in design to save Time and Money. He is versed with Indian and International Design Codes such as AISC, MBMA, ACI, AASHTO, API, BS 5950, BS 5400 and Euro codes. His specialties are Department Management, Employee Training, Design Approval from Consultants, Develop Specifications and Standards, Solid Customer Service and Communication.
